(02)Know what is actually happening, and why

We pull your ad, website, CRM and sales data into one place, build the dashboards people actually open, and automate the reports someone used to assemble by hand every Monday.

Data is what lets every other part of the system improve. Ads bid on real revenue, retention targets real behaviour, and AI insights explain what changed without anyone building a spreadsheet.

(05)questions

Data & intelligence, answered.

Business intelligence for a growing company means one trusted place to see revenue, pipeline, marketing spend and operations, updated automatically. In practice that is clean tracking, connected data sources and a few dashboards built around the decisions people make each week. It replaces the spreadsheet someone rebuilds every Monday and the argument about whose numbers are right.

They usually cover tracking that records visits, leads and sales correctly, pipelines that pull data from your tools into one place, dashboards for each team, and reporting that sends itself. Good work also includes shared definitions, so everyone agrees what counts as a lead, a customer or revenue. Attribution and AI summaries sit on top once the base is reliable.

You are ready once decisions start waiting on numbers, or when two reports disagree and nobody knows which to trust. That often happens when you run paid campaigns, have a sales team working in a CRM, or sell across more than one channel. Before that point, correct tracking and one simple dashboard are usually enough.

AI helps most by reading your data and explaining it in plain language: what changed this week, which channel or segment moved, and where to look next. It can also answer questions about your numbers without someone building a new report. It only works on data that is already clean and well defined, which is why WhiteThread sets up the foundations first.
