(01)AI & automation

We set up AI support that replies to customers on your website chat, email and WhatsApp using your own help articles, policies and order data. It handles the repeat questions, and passes anything sensitive or unclear to a person with the full conversation attached.

(01)what we do

what AI customer support covers.

  1. 01

    Ticket analysis

We read through your recent tickets to find which questions repeat, which need order data and which must always go to a person.

  2. 02

    Knowledge base clean-up

Help articles, return rules and policies rewritten so the AI answers from one current, consistent source.

  3. 03

    Helpdesk setup

AI replies configured in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or Gorgias, or a custom assistant where your helpdesk falls short.

  4. 04

    WhatsApp and email channels

The same assistant on the WhatsApp Business API and your support inbox, so customers get one consistent answer wherever they ask.

  5. 05

    Order and account lookups

Connected to Shopify, your CRM or your own database, so it can answer where is my order without a person checking.

  6. 06

    Escalation rules

Refunds, complaints, angry customers and anything outside policy routed to the right person, with a summary of the conversation.

  7. 07

    Quality review

Weekly sampling of AI answers, a log of every wrong or missed reply, and fixes to content and rules from what we find.

(02)who it is for

this is for you if.

  • Your support team answers the same questions about orders, returns and opening hours all day.
  • Customers message outside working hours and wait until the next morning for a reply.
  • You tried a chatbot before and it frustrated customers because it could not hand over to a person.
  • Support volume is rising faster than you want to grow the team.

(03)how we work

how it runs.

How we deliver AI customer support
  1. 01Read the ticketsWe sort your recent conversations by topic and decide what the AI should answer, assist with or never touch.
  2. 02Prepare the knowledgeFix gaps and contradictions in your help content and connect the order and account data it needs.
  3. 03Launch in stagesStart with AI drafting replies for agents to approve, then let it answer the safest topics on its own.
  4. 04Review weeklyCheck samples, escalations and customer ratings, then widen or narrow what the AI handles.

(04)what connects around it

one service, or part of the system.

Support conversations are full of signals about what customers want and why they leave. Feeding them into the CRM and your analytics turns a cost centre into a source of retention ideas.

(05)questions

AI customer support, answered.

No. It takes the repeat questions off your team so they can spend time on the conversations that need judgement and care. Refunds, complaints and anything outside policy are designed to reach a person, with the conversation summarised so the customer does not have to repeat themselves.

We limit it to answering from your approved content and data, and tell it to hand over when it is unsure. Before launch it is tested against real past tickets, and after launch we sample answers every week and fix the source of any mistake. Topics with legal or financial risk are never answered automatically.

Yes. We work inside the helpdesk you already use, including Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom and Gorgias, so your team keeps its existing views and reports. Where the built-in AI features fall short, we connect a custom assistant through the helpdesk API.

Setup is a fixed fee covering ticket analysis, knowledge clean-up, integrations and testing. Running it, which includes weekly quality review and content updates, is a flat monthly fee. Helpdesk and model usage costs stay on your own accounts.

  1. 01

    the bottleneck

Where time, money or customers are leaking, in your tools and numbers.

  2. 02
