(05)Retention & lifecycle
We set up WhatsApp Business API through a provider such as Interakt, WATI, Gupshup or AiSensy, then build the broadcasts, automated journeys and two-way conversations that run on it. Everything is opt-in, within Meta policy, and tied back to orders and revenue.
(01)what we do
what WhatsApp covers.
- 01
API and provider setup
WhatsApp Business API through the provider that fits your volume and tools, with your verified business profile and display name.
- 02
Opt-in collection
Consent captured at checkout, on forms, on your site and in store, recorded against each contact so you can show who agreed and when.
- 03
Template approval
Marketing, utility and authentication templates written to pass Meta review the first time, with buttons and variables that make sense.
- 04
Segmented broadcasts
Offers and updates sent to groups built from purchase history and engagement, at a pace that keeps your quality rating healthy.
- 05
Automated journeys
Order and delivery updates, abandoned cart reminders and reorder nudges timed to how long your product actually lasts.
- 06
Click-to-WhatsApp ads
Meta ads that open a WhatsApp chat instead of a form, with an automated first reply so nobody waits.
- 07
AI replies with handover
An assistant answers common questions from your own policies and passes the conversation to a person when it needs one.
(02)who it is for
this is for you if.
- Your customers ignore email but reply on WhatsApp within minutes.
- Your team is answering the same order and delivery questions on a personal WhatsApp number all day.
- You have tried broadcasts from the regular WhatsApp Business app and hit the limits, or got numbers blocked.
- You run Meta ads and want enquiries to start as conversations, not form fills nobody follows up.
(03)how we work
how it runs.
- 01PlanWe pick the provider, map the opt-in points and decide which journeys and broadcasts come first.
- 02Set up and approveBusiness verification, API connection to your store or CRM, and the first set of templates through Meta review.
- 03Launch journeysOrder updates and abandoned cart go live first, then reorder reminders, broadcasts and AI replies.
- 04Run and refineWeekly broadcasts to segments, monthly reviews of replies, blocks and opt-outs, and changes to whatever is underperforming.

(05)questions
WhatsApp, answered.
For marketing at any scale, you need the API. The WhatsApp Business app works for a single person replying to chats, but it limits broadcasts, does not support automation properly and cannot connect to your store or CRM. The API, accessed through a provider, removes those limits.
There are two parts. Meta charges per conversation or message depending on its current pricing and the template category, and the provider charges a subscription; you pay both directly. Our setup is a fixed fee and running it is a flat monthly fee, never hourly.
No. Meta policy requires that people opt in to receive messages from your business, and sending to people who did not agree leads to blocks, a lower quality rating and limits on your number. We set up opt-in collection first and honour every opt-out automatically.
Yes, for the questions that have clear answers, such as order status, delivery times, returns and opening hours. The assistant works from your own policies and hands the chat to a person when the question is unusual, a complaint, or a sale that needs a human.

- 01
the bottleneck
Where time, money or customers are leaking, in your tools and numbers.
- 02
the first build
What we would automate, build or optimise first, and why that one.
- 03
what it takes
Scope, timeline and a fixed price. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
