(01)AI & automation
We automate the repetitive steps between the tools your team already uses: moving form entries into the CRM, raising invoices from closed deals, chasing approvals and updating sheets. Every workflow is documented, alerts someone when it fails, and can be changed without starting over.
(01)what we do
what Workflow automation covers.
- 01
Process mapping
Every manual step written down, timed and ranked by how often it happens and how much it costs when it goes wrong.
- 02
Automation builds
Workflows in n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate, chosen for your volume, budget and where your data must stay.
- 03
App integrations
HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Xero, Tally, Shopify, Slack and Gmail connected through APIs and webhooks.
- 04
AI steps where they help
Models that read emails, extract fields from PDFs and invoices, or classify requests, inside an otherwise rule-based workflow.
- 05
Error handling
Retries, alerts to Slack or email when a run fails, and a queue for anything that needs a person to look at it.
- 06
Documentation and handover
A plain map of each workflow, what triggers it and what it changes, so your team is never left guessing.

(02)who it is for
this is for you if.
- Your team copies the same data between two or three tools every day.
- Approvals, reminders and follow-ups depend on someone remembering to send them.
- You already have a few Zapier zaps that nobody fully understands and that break without warning.
- You are growing and would rather not hire for admin work that follows the same steps every time.
(03)how we work
how it runs.
- 01Audit the busyworkWe list every recurring manual task across the team and pick the ones with the clearest payback.
- 02Design the flowTriggers, data mapping, exceptions and who gets alerted, agreed on one page before we build.
- 03Build and testBuilt in a test workspace, run against real past records, then switched on alongside the manual process for a short overlap.
- 04Run and extendWe watch the run logs, fix what breaks and add the next workflow once the first is stable.

(05)questions
Workflow automation, answered.
It depends on volume, complexity and where your data must live. Zapier is quickest for simple, low-volume flows; Make handles branching logic at a lower cost per run; n8n can be self-hosted and suits high volumes or sensitive data. We recommend one after the audit and explain why.
Any process with a clear trigger and repeatable steps can usually be automated. Common examples are lead capture into the CRM, invoice creation from closed deals, onboarding checklists, approval requests, order updates and weekly report emails. Steps that need judgement stay with a person, with the automation doing the preparation.
You get an alert, and the failed run waits in a queue instead of disappearing. We build retries for temporary errors and send anything else to Slack or email with the details needed to fix it. On a monthly plan, we handle those fixes for you.
Each build is a fixed fee agreed after the audit, based on the number of workflows and systems involved. Monitoring, fixes and changes afterwards are a flat monthly fee. We do not charge by the hour, and tool subscriptions stay in your own accounts.
