(01)AI that does the work your team does by hand

Agents that answer, qualify and follow up. Workflows that move data between your tools without anyone copying it. This is the layer that runs underneath everything else we build.

This is the layer underneath everything else we build. Agents qualify the leads your ads bring in, workflows keep the CRM clean, and automation sends the right retention message at the right moment.

(05)questions

AI & automation, answered.

AI automation services build software that takes repetitive work off your team, using AI where judgement is needed and plain automation where rules are enough. That covers AI agents, workflow automation between your tools, AI customer support and sales assistants, and marketing automation. The aim is fewer manual steps, faster responses and fewer errors, inside the systems you already run.

Start with work that is frequent, rule-heavy and painful when it slips, such as lead follow-up, copying data between tools, invoice chasing or support triage. Note how often it happens and how long each instance takes, then check the inputs are reasonably consistent. A process with clear steps that runs every day beats a clever one that runs twice a month.

Use AI when a step involves reading, judging or writing, and plain rules when the logic can be written as "if this, then that". Classifying an email, summarising a call or drafting a reply needs a model. Moving a form entry into the CRM does not. Most good systems mix both, with AI only where it earns its cost.

Every automation should log what it did, flag what it was unsure about and hand exceptions to a named person. Actions with real consequences, such as refunds or messages to key clients, can require approval first. WhiteThread also tracks volume, error rate and time saved for each build, so you can see whether it is working rather than assume it.
