(05)Retention & lifecycle
SMS reaches any phone without an app or a data connection, which makes it the right channel for some messages and the wrong one for most. We set up transactional and promotional SMS properly, including DLT registration in India, and use it where it beats email and WhatsApp.
(01)what we do
what SMS covers.
- 01
Channel plan
Which messages belong on SMS, which belong on email or WhatsApp, and why, so customers are not hit three times with the same thing.
- 02
DLT registration
Entity, header and template registration on the DLT platforms for Indian sending, so messages are not blocked by operators.
- 03
Sender IDs and templates
Recognisable sender IDs and templates written within character limits, with variables that keep each message personal.
- 04
Transactional SMS
OTPs, order confirmations, delivery updates and appointment reminders, triggered from your store, booking tool or CRM.
- 05
Promotional SMS
Short offers sent to segments at times that respect local rules and the customer, not at midnight.
- 06
Tracked short links
Branded short links with UTM tags, so clicks and orders from SMS show up in your analytics.
- 07
Compliance and opt-outs
Consent records, opt-out keywords that work, and suppression lists synced across every tool that sends.
(02)who it is for
this is for you if.
- Appointment no-shows or missed deliveries are costing you, and a reminder would fix most of them.
- Your SMS messages are getting blocked or delayed because DLT templates were never registered properly.
- A good part of your customers are not on email or do not read it.
- You send SMS already but cannot tell which messages lead to orders.
(03)how we work
how it runs.
- 01MapWe list every message you send or should send, and decide which channel each one belongs on.
- 02Register and connectDLT registration where needed, sender IDs, templates and the connection to your store, booking tool or CRM.
- 03LaunchTransactional messages go live first, then promotional sends to segments with tracked links.
- 04Run and reviewMonthly review of delivery, clicks, orders and opt-outs, with template and timing changes from what we see.

(05)questions
SMS, answered.
Yes, for specific jobs. SMS is strong for reminders, delivery updates, OTPs and short time-bound offers, because it reaches every phone without an app or data. For longer content or conversations, email and WhatsApp usually do the job better and cost less per message.
If you send commercial SMS to Indian numbers, yes. DLT is the system Indian telecom operators use to register businesses, sender IDs and message templates, and unregistered messages are blocked. We handle the entity, header and template registration with your chosen SMS provider.
You pay the SMS provider directly for each message sent, at their rates. Our setup, including registration and integration, is a fixed fee, and running promotional sends and reporting is a flat monthly fee, never hourly.
During the day, when your customers are likely to act on it, and within the hours local rules allow for promotional messages. We test send times for your audience and keep reminders tied to the event, such as a day before an appointment.

- 01
the bottleneck
Where time, money or customers are leaking, in your tools and numbers.
- 02
the first build
What we would automate, build or optimise first, and why that one.
- 03
what it takes
Scope, timeline and a fixed price. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
