(build 06)sample build
A sample build: how we would join marketing, sales, customer messages and reporting that each run on their own into one system. It shows our approach for a typical business, not work for a named client.
- the problem
- Marketing, sales, customer messages and reporting each ran on their own, with no shared data or goals.
- built for
- One connected growth system instead of separate marketing activities.

Discover
Google Ads, SEO and AI search content bring in buyers, all tagged so their source follows them through the rest of the system.
- 02
Convert
Landing pages, an AI agent on WhatsApp and the website, and a HubSpot or Zoho CRM turn interest into qualified leads and booked calls.
- 03
Retain
Lifecycle flows in Klaviyo or HubSpot keep customers buying, triggered by what they do rather than by a calendar.
- 04
Understand
Data from every stage lands in BigQuery and one Looker Studio dashboard, so marketing and sales work from the same numbers.
- 05
Automate
n8n or Make handles the hand-offs between tools: new leads, stage changes, alerts and weekly reports, without anyone copying data.
- 06
Optimise
A monthly review of the whole funnel decides what to change next, and the changes are fed back into the ads, pages and messages.
(02)what we would measure
how we would know it works.
- Customer acquisition cost
- Pipeline by source
- Customer lifetime value
- Time spent on manual hand-offs

this build, answered.
A connected growth system links acquisition, conversion, retention and reporting so they share one set of data and goals. Ads and search bring buyers in, an AI agent and the CRM turn them into customers, lifecycle flows keep them buying, and BigQuery with a Looker Studio dashboard shows the whole funnel. Tools such as n8n or Make handle the hand-offs between each part.
No, most businesses build it in stages, starting with the part that is costing them most. That might be lead handling, reporting or retention. Each piece is designed to plug into the rest later, with shared tracking and a shared CRM, so the next stage connects to what is already there instead of replacing it.
Each build stage is a fixed fee agreed before work starts, and anything we run for you afterwards is a flat monthly fee. We never charge by the hour or take a percentage of ad spend. The scope and fees for your system come out of the growth audit, once we know which stages you need and in what order.
