(01)AI & automation

We design and build AI agents that take a defined job off your team: reading documents, checking records, drafting replies and updating systems. Each agent has clear limits on what it can touch, asks a person before anything risky, and logs every step so you can see why it did what it did.

(01)what we do

what AI agents covers.

  1. 01

    Use case selection

We find the jobs where an agent pays back: repetitive, rule-heavy work with clear inputs, and say plainly where an agent is the wrong tool.

  2. 02

    Agent design

The task, the tools it may call, the data it can read and the points where it must stop and ask, written down before any build.

  3. 03

    Tool and data connections

Agents wired into your CRM, inbox, Google Drive, Notion, Slack or ERP through their APIs, with access scoped to what the job needs.

  4. 04

    Knowledge grounding

Answers drawn from your own documents, policies and records, with sources attached so a reviewer can check the agent quickly.

  5. 05

    Guardrails and approvals

Spending limits, blocked actions and approval steps in Slack or email before anything is sent, paid or deleted.

  6. 06

    Testing and evaluation

A test set of real past cases the agent must handle correctly before launch, rerun every time the prompt or model changes.

  7. 07

    Monitoring and upkeep

Logs of every run, a weekly review of failures and edge cases, and model updates handled for you as OpenAI and Anthropic release them.

(02)who it is for

this is for you if.

  • Someone on your team spends hours a day reading, checking and re-keying information that follows the same pattern.
  • You have tried ChatGPT or Claude on a task and it works in the chat window, but nobody has connected it to the systems where the work lives.
  • You want AI handling real tasks but need approvals, audit trails and limits before anyone signs off.
  • You have an internal process too specific for an off-the-shelf tool.

(03)how we work

how it runs.

How we deliver AI agents
  1. 01Map the jobWe sit with the person who does the task today and write down every input, decision and exception.
  2. 02PrototypeA working agent on your real data in a sandbox, tested against past cases, so you see what it gets right and wrong.
  3. 03Deploy with a human in the loopIt goes live drafting or proposing actions for approval, and earns more autonomy only where the logs show it is reliable.
  4. 04Run and improveWe review failures weekly, extend the test set and tune prompts, tools and models as the job changes.

(04)what connects around it

one service, or part of the system.

An agent is only as useful as the systems it can reach and the record it leaves behind. Connected to your CRM and workflows, with its activity on a dashboard, it becomes part of how work gets done instead of a side experiment.

(05)questions

AI agents, answered.

An AI agent is software that uses a language model to work through a task step by step, calling your tools to read data and take actions. Where a chatbot answers questions, an agent can check a record, draft a document and update a system. We build agents for one defined job at a time, with limits on what they can do.

They are safe when their access is narrow and their risky actions need approval. We give each agent only the permissions its job needs, block destructive actions, route sends and payments through a person, and log every step. Autonomy is widened only where the logs show the agent handles the task reliably.

A focused agent for one job usually takes three to six weeks from mapping to live use. Most of that time goes into connecting your systems and testing against real past cases, not writing prompts. Agents that span several departments take longer and are phased.

Building an agent is a fixed fee agreed after we map the job. Running it, which covers monitoring, model updates and weekly fixes, is a flat monthly fee. We never bill hourly, and model usage costs are passed through at cost or billed to your own OpenAI or Anthropic account.

  1. 01

    the bottleneck

Where time, money or customers are leaking, in your tools and numbers.

  2. 02

    the first build

What we would automate, build or optimise first, and why that one.
