(05)Retention & lifecycle

We build the automated flows that send themselves, the campaigns that go to the right segment instead of the whole list, and the technical setup that keeps you out of spam. Every send is judged on revenue per recipient, not opens.

(01)what we do

what Email covers.

  1. 01

    Platform setup or migration

Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or Brevo, connected to your store or CRM so every order, signup and browse event arrives clean.

  2. 02

    Automated flows

Welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows, each with its own timing, exits and offer rules.

  3. 03

    Segmented campaigns

Campaigns planned on a calendar and sent to segments built from purchase history, engagement and value, not one blast to everyone.

  4. 04

    Deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC set correctly, a warm-up plan for new domains, and list hygiene that removes addresses hurting your sender reputation.

  5. 05

    Templates

A small set of tested, on-brand templates that render properly in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, so new campaigns take minutes to build.

  6. 06

    Testing

Subject lines, offers, send times and flow timing tested one variable at a time, with results written down so learning compounds.

  7. 07

    Reporting

A plain monthly report on revenue per recipient, flow revenue versus campaign revenue, list growth and unsubscribes.

(02)who it is for

this is for you if.

  • You send a newsletter now and then, but nothing goes out automatically when someone signs up, abandons a cart or stops buying.
  • Your emails have started landing in spam or Promotions and you do not know why.
  • Everyone on the list gets the same email, whether they bought last week or two years ago.
  • You are moving platforms and want the flows, segments and history to come across properly.

(03)how we work

how it runs.

How we deliver Email marketing
  1. 01AuditWe check DNS records, list health, existing flows, the last six months of campaigns and where revenue per recipient sits today.
  2. 02Fix the foundationsAuthentication, data connections and list cleanup first, because flows sent from a damaged domain do not reach anyone.
  3. 03Build the flowsThe core automated flows go live in order of the revenue they are likely to recover, starting with cart and welcome.
  4. 04Run and testWeekly campaigns to segments, monthly tests, and a monthly report on what each flow and campaign earned.

(04)what connects around it

one service, or part of the system.

Email is only as good as the data behind it. When the CRM feeds clean segments and email sits inside a wider lifecycle plan with WhatsApp and SMS, each customer gets one sensible message instead of three competing ones.

(05)questions

Email, answered.

It depends on where your customer data lives. Klaviyo suits most ecommerce stores because of its store integrations, HubSpot makes sense if your sales team already works in it, and Mailchimp or Brevo suit smaller lists and simpler needs. We recommend one in the audit and can migrate you if the current platform is holding you back.

Usually because of missing or misconfigured authentication, a list with too many old or invalid addresses, or sending too much too fast from a new domain. We check SPF, DKIM and DMARC, clean the list and set a warm-up plan. Most deliverability problems are fixable, but recovery takes a few weeks of consistent sending.

Setup and flow builds are a fixed one-off fee. Running campaigns, testing and reporting is a flat monthly fee agreed up front, never hourly. Your platform subscription is paid by you directly to the provider.

As many as your list keeps engaging with, which is usually more than people expect when sends are segmented. We start with a steady weekly rhythm alongside the automated flows, then adjust based on unsubscribes, spam complaints and revenue per recipient.
