(02)Data & intelligence
We set up, migrate and automate HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Odoo around how you actually sell, so records update themselves and nothing waits on someone remembering. The CRM becomes the one place customer data lives, feeding your follow-ups, retention campaigns and AI tools.
(01)what we do
what CRM covers.
- 01
CRM selection
A recommendation between HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce and Odoo based on your team size, sales process, existing tools and budget.
- 02
Setup and pipelines
Objects, fields, deal stages and required properties that match your real sales process, with nothing nobody will fill in.
- 03
Data migration
Contacts, companies, deals and history moved from spreadsheets or an old CRM, deduplicated, mapped and checked before go-live.
- 04
Sales automation
Lead assignment, follow-up tasks, stage changes, reminders and quote generation that run on rules instead of memory.
- 05
Lead scoring
Scores from fit and behaviour (pages visited, emails opened, forms filled) so sales calls the leads most likely to buy first.
- 06
Integrations
Website forms, ad lead forms, WhatsApp, email, calendar, billing and support tools connected so data arrives without copy and paste.
- 07
Data hygiene and adoption
Duplicate rules, validation and enrichment, plus training and short guides so the team uses the CRM the same way.
(02)who it is for
this is for you if.
- Leads sit in inboxes, spreadsheets and WhatsApp chats, and some never get a reply.
- You bought a CRM, but the team does not update it, so the pipeline report is fiction.
- You are moving off spreadsheets or an old CRM and cannot afford to lose history.
- You want to run retention campaigns or AI agents, but your customer data is scattered across tools.
(03)how we work
how it runs.
- 01DiscoverWe sit with sales and support, map how a lead becomes a customer, and list every tool that touches customer data.
- 02DesignAgree the data model, pipeline stages, required fields and automation rules before configuring anything.
- 03Build and migrateConfigure the CRM, connect integrations, migrate and clean data, then test with real records.
- 04Adopt and runTrain the team, watch usage for the first weeks, and keep improving automation and data quality on a flat monthly fee.

(05)questions
CRM, answered.
HubSpot or Zoho for most small and mid-sized teams: HubSpot is easier to adopt, Zoho is lower cost at scale and fits well if you already use Zoho apps. Salesforce suits complex sales processes and larger teams, and Odoo fits businesses that want CRM, inventory and accounting in one system. We recommend one after mapping how you sell.
Yes. We map every field, deduplicate contacts and companies, carry over deal history and notes where the source allows, and check counts before switching over. We run a trial import first so your team can review real records before the final move.
By making it do more of the work than it asks for. We cut fields to the ones that matter, automate tasks and updates, connect email and WhatsApp so activity logs itself, and train the team on their own deals. We then track usage for the first weeks and fix whatever gets skipped.
Setup, migration and integrations are a fixed fee based on the scope we agree in discovery, quoted before work starts. Ongoing admin, automation changes and data hygiene are a flat monthly fee. CRM licences are paid directly to the vendor, and we never bill by the hour.

- 01
the bottleneck
Where time, money or customers are leaking, in your tools and numbers.
- 02
the first build
What we would automate, build or optimise first, and why that one.
- 03
what it takes
Scope, timeline and a fixed price. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
