WhiteThread was founded by Uroosha and Rehman. Uroosha leads data and intelligence, with a background in data science from IIT Madras. Rehman leads AI, automation and growth, with a background in full-stack product engineering. Both work directly on client projects.
WhiteThread works with growing businesses that want more from their marketing, sales and operations without adding headcount: startups, mid-market companies, D2C brands and service businesses, in India and worldwide. The common thread is a team doing work by hand that a system could do.
WhiteThread is both, by design. AI and automation are the foundation, and acquisition, retention, content and data are built on top of them, so the marketing runs on systems instead of manual effort. Clients can hire either side on its own.
WhiteThread builds connected systems rather than running channels in isolation. Ads, website, CRM, customer messages and reporting share data and automation, and every engagement is measured on one business number agreed up front, with founders doing the work.
