(02)Data & intelligence
We pull the numbers from your ad accounts, website, CRM, billing and spreadsheets into one warehouse, then build dashboards around the decisions you make each week. Reports build and send themselves, with a short written summary of what changed and why.
(01)what we do
what BI covers.
- 01
Metric definitions
One agreed definition for revenue, lead, customer and churn, written down before any chart is built, so two dashboards never show two answers.
- 02
Data warehouse
BigQuery, Postgres or Snowflake set up as the single place your data lives, with tables your analysts and tools can query directly.
- 03
Data pipelines
Scheduled syncs from Google Ads, Meta, GA4, HubSpot, Zoho, Shopify, Stripe, Tally or your database, with alerts when a source stops updating.
- 04
Dashboards
Looker Studio, Power BI or Metabase dashboards for leadership, sales, marketing and operations, each built around the questions that team asks.
- 05
Reporting automation
The Monday report, the month-end pack and the board numbers, refreshed and delivered to email or Slack without anyone copying cells.
- 06
AI-written summaries
A plain-language note with each report on what moved, the likely reason and what to look at next, checked against the underlying numbers.
- 07
Handover and training
Documentation of every source, table and metric, plus a session so your team can edit dashboards and answer new questions themselves.
(02)who it is for
this is for you if.
- Finance, sales and marketing each bring a different number for the same thing to the weekly meeting.
- Someone spends half a day every week exporting CSVs and rebuilding the same spreadsheet report.
- You have dashboards, but nobody trusts them, so nobody opens them.
- You are growing past what spreadsheets can hold and need a proper data setup without hiring a data team yet.
(03)how we work
how it runs.
- 01MapWe list the decisions you make each week, the numbers behind them, and where each number lives today.
- 02ModelAgree metric definitions, connect sources to the warehouse and build clean, tested tables.
- 03BuildDashboards and scheduled reports for each team, reviewed with the people who will use them.
- 04RunWe monitor pipelines, fix breaks, add sources and answer new questions on a flat monthly fee.
(04)what connects around it

(05)questions
BI, answered.
Looker Studio if you run on Google tools and want to share dashboards easily at no licence cost per viewer; Power BI if you are on Microsoft 365 and need heavier modelling. Metabase suits teams who want to query their own database directly. We recommend one in the mapping stage based on your stack and who needs access.
Yes, once you are combining more than two or three sources or keeping history beyond what each tool stores. Connecting dashboards straight to every tool works for a start but becomes slow and inconsistent. A warehouse like BigQuery keeps one copy of the data that every report reads from.
Usually four to eight weeks for a first set of dashboards across your main sources. Most of that time goes into agreeing definitions and cleaning data, not building charts. Simple reporting automation on a single source can be live in a week or two.
The setup, warehouse and first dashboards are a fixed fee agreed after the mapping stage. Keeping pipelines running, adding sources and building new reports is a flat monthly fee. We never bill by the hour.

- 01
the bottleneck
Where time, money or customers are leaking, in your tools and numbers.
- 02
the first build
What we would automate, build or optimise first, and why that one.
- 03
what it takes
Scope, timeline and a fixed price. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
