(solution 05)a clear view of the business

When ad platforms, analytics, the CRM and finance each report their own version of the truth, meetings turn into arguments about whose number is right. We pull every source into one pipeline and one data model, then build dashboards and AI summaries that answer the questions your team actually asks.

(01)the problem

sound familiar?

Every meeting starts with a debate about whose numbers are right.
  • Every meeting starts with a debate about whose numbers are right.
  • Someone spends a day each week copying exports into a spreadsheet to build the report.
  • Google, Meta and our CRM all claim the same sale.
  • We have dashboards, but nobody opens them because nobody trusts them.

(02)the system

how we fix it.

One source of truth for marketing and sales, with reports that build themselves.
The a clear view of the business system
  1. 01Every sourceAd platforms, analytics, CRM, store, payments and spreadsheets connected, with tracking fixed at the source where it is broken.
  2. 02Data pipelineAutomated syncs pull each source into one warehouse on a schedule, with checks that flag missing or broken data.
  3. 03One modelAgreed definitions for a lead, a customer, revenue and channel, so every report counts the same thing the same way.
  4. 04DashboardsDashboards for leadership, marketing and sales, plus attribution that shows which campaigns lead to revenue.
  5. 05DecisionsPlain-language AI summaries of what changed and why, sent to the people who need to act on them.

(04)what you get

what gets built.

  • A tracking and data audit across your marketing, sales and finance tools.
  • Automated data pipelines into a warehouse such as BigQuery, Snowflake or Postgres.
  • A documented data model with shared definitions for your key metrics.
  • Dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI or Metabase, built around real decisions.
  • Attribution reporting from first touch to closed revenue.
  • Automated weekly reports and AI summaries delivered by email or Slack.

(05)what we measure

how you will know.

  • data freshness
  • reports built without manual work
  • dashboard usage by team
  • revenue attributed by channel

start small

Start with analytics if tracking is broken, because every report downstream depends on it. If tracking is sound, start with a business intelligence dashboard for the one report your team rebuilds by hand every week.

(07)questions

a clear view of the business, answered.

It is one place where data from every marketing and sales tool is combined and defined consistently, so everyone reports from the same numbers. Usually that is a data warehouse with an agreed data model and dashboards built on top of it.

Each platform counts conversions with its own rules, time windows and attribution, and many claim credit for the same sale. A shared data model with one attribution approach, checked against CRM and payment records, gives you a number you can act on.

Not always. With a few sources and simple questions, a well-built dashboard connected directly to them can be enough. Once you combine several ad platforms, a CRM and revenue data, a warehouse is the reliable way to keep numbers consistent.

Pipelines, the data model and dashboards are built for a fixed fee agreed up front. Running and maintaining the pipelines, reports and AI summaries is a flat monthly fee. We never charge hourly.
