(solution 01)more qualified leads

Most lead problems are not a volume problem. Ads, landing pages and follow-up are usually set up by different people, judged on different numbers, and nobody checks which enquiries became customers. We build them as one pipeline, with an AI qualifier in the middle and your CRM feeding results back to the ads.

(01)the problem

sound familiar?

Plenty of enquiries, not enough that sales wants to call.
  • We get plenty of form fills, but sales says most of them are not worth a call.
  • Leads sit for hours before anyone replies, and by then they have spoken to someone else.
  • Marketing reports cost per lead, sales reports something completely different, and nobody agrees.
  • We cannot tell which campaign brought the customers who actually paid.

(02)the system

how we fix it.

Campaigns, pages and an AI qualifier built as one pipeline, so sales gets fewer, better conversations.
The more qualified leads system
  1. 01AdsGoogle Ads and Meta Ads campaigns aimed at buyer intent, optimised on qualified leads and sales rather than clicks.
  2. 02Landing pageOne page per offer, with a clear promise and a form that asks the questions sales needs answered.
  3. 03AI qualificationAn AI sales agent replies within minutes, asks the qualifying questions, scores the lead and books the good ones straight into a calendar.
  4. 04CRMEvery lead lands in the CRM with its source, answers and score, and outcomes are sent back to the ad platforms so bidding learns.
  5. 05SalesYour team gets a short list of qualified conversations with context attached, and a clear rule for what happens to the rest.

(04)what you get

what gets built.

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns built around intent, with conversion tracking into the CRM.
  • Landing pages for each main offer, designed to qualify as well as convert.
  • An AI sales agent on web chat, WhatsApp or email that answers, qualifies and books.
  • A lead scoring and routing model agreed with your sales team.
  • CRM setup or cleanup, with offline conversions sent back to Google and Meta.
  • A monthly report from ad spend to qualified lead to closed deal, in one view.

(05)what we measure

how you will know.

  • cost per qualified lead
  • speed to first response
  • lead to meeting rate
  • pipeline value by campaign

start small

If leads already come in but go cold, start with the AI sales agent and CRM routing. If too few leads arrive, start with Google Ads and a landing page, with tracking set up properly from day one.

(07)questions

more qualified leads, answered.

It is the connected set of ads, pages, follow-up and CRM that turns a stranger into a sales conversation. Each part is built to pass clean data to the next, so you can see which campaigns produce leads that sales accepts and customers who pay.

Agree what a qualified lead is with sales, then optimise every step for that definition. That means asking the right questions on the page, replying fast, scoring leads consistently and sending CRM outcomes back to the ad platforms so they find more people like your real buyers.

Yes, when it is used to reply quickly and ask a few useful questions, not to stall people. The agent works from your own offer and rules, hands over to a person when the buyer asks or the lead is a good fit, and every conversation is logged in the CRM.

The build (tracking, pages, the AI qualifier and CRM setup) is a fixed fee agreed up front. Running the ads and the system after that is a flat monthly fee. We never charge hourly or take a percentage of ad spend.
