(solution 04)operations that run themselves
Most teams lose hours every week copying data between tools, chasing approvals and checking the same things by hand. We map that work, then build AI agents and workflows inside the tools you already use to take it over, with a person reviewing the steps where judgement matters.
(01)the problem
sound familiar?
- Someone on the team spends half their week copying information from one tool to another.
- Orders, invoices or onboarding stall because a step waits for someone to notice it.
- We bought automation tools, but nobody had time to set them up properly.
- We want to use AI, but do not know which process is safe to start with.
(02)the system
how we fix it.
- 01TriggerThe event that starts the work: a new email, form, order, document or row, picked up the moment it arrives.
- 02AI agentAn agent reads the input, extracts what matters, decides the next step from your rules and drafts the output.
- 03Your toolsThe work is written into the CRM, helpdesk, accounting software, spreadsheets or messaging tools your team already uses.
- 04Person checksAnything unusual, high value or low confidence goes to a person for approval, with the context needed to decide quickly.
- 05DoneThe task is closed, logged and reported, so you can see what ran, what was approved and where errors happened.
(03)what it combines
the services inside it.
- AI agentsAgents that read, decide and act inside your tools, with a person in the loop where it matters.
- Workflow automationThe copy, paste, chase and check work, running on its own between the tools you already use.
- AI integrationsModels wired into your CRM, helpdesk, ERP or website, with logging and guardrails.
- Operations automationOrders, invoices, onboarding and approvals moved through without manual handoffs.
(04)what you get
what gets built.
- A process audit that ranks your manual work by time spent and ease of automation.
- AI agents built for specific jobs, such as reading documents, triaging requests or drafting replies.
- Workflow automation between your existing tools using Make, Zapier, n8n or custom code.
- Approval steps and guardrails for anything that needs human judgement.
- Logging and alerts, so failures are caught and fixed rather than discovered later.
- Documentation and a handover session so your team knows how each automation works.
(05)what we measure
how you will know.
- hours of manual work removed
- time from trigger to completion
- error and exception rate
- share of tasks approved without changes
start small
Start with one workflow automation for the most repetitive process you have, such as lead entry, invoice handling or onboarding. It shows quickly what automation looks like in your tools before you hand bigger decisions to an AI agent.
(06)questions
operations that run themselves, answered.
Anything repetitive that follows rules, even loose ones: data entry, document handling, request triage, follow-ups, reporting and approvals are the usual starting points. AI helps most where the input is messy, such as emails, PDFs or open text fields, and the output still needs to be structured.
Workflow automation moves data between tools along fixed steps. An AI agent reads, decides and acts within limits you set, which handles cases a fixed workflow cannot. Most useful systems combine both, with people approving the steps that carry risk.
It is when access is limited, actions are logged and a person approves anything sensitive. We give each agent only the permissions its job needs, set confidence thresholds for handover, and keep a record of every action it takes.
Each automation or agent is built for a fixed fee agreed before work starts. If we run, monitor and maintain the automations afterwards, that is a flat monthly fee. We never charge hourly.
