(solution 02)more repeat customers
Winning a customer is the expensive part, yet most businesses send every buyer the same weekly blast and hope. We build a retention system that groups customers by what they actually do, and sends the right message on email and WhatsApp when their behaviour says it is time.
(01)the problem
sound familiar?
- Most customers buy once and we never hear from them again.
- Everyone on the list gets the same newsletter, whether they bought yesterday or two years ago.
- Someone has to plan and send a campaign every week, or nothing goes out at all.
- We have customer data in three places and no idea who our best customers are.
(02)the system
how we fix it.
- 01Customer dataOrders, sign-ups and contact details pulled together from your store, CRM and messaging tools into one customer record.
- 02SegmentsGroups built from behaviour and value, such as new, repeat, high value and lapsing, updated automatically as customers act.
- 03TriggersEvents that start a journey: a first order, a second visit, a refill date, a basket left behind, a long gap since the last purchase.
- 04Email + WhatsAppWelcome, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back journeys written for each segment, on the channel each customer reads, with SMS where it fits.
- 05Repeat purchaseResults tracked by segment and journey, so we keep what brings customers back and rewrite what does not.
(03)what it combines
the services inside it.
- Customer segmentationGroups built from behaviour and value, kept up to date automatically.
- Email marketingCampaigns and automated flows that people open, built on segments instead of blasts.
- WhatsApp marketingBroadcasts, journeys and two-way conversations on the channel your customers actually read.
- SMS marketingShort, timely messages for the moments that matter: orders, reminders, offers.
- Lifecycle marketingWelcome, activation, repeat purchase and win-back journeys across every channel.
(04)what you get
what gets built.
- A single customer view built from your store, CRM and messaging data.
- A segmentation model based on behaviour and value, kept up to date automatically.
- Core lifecycle journeys: welcome, post-purchase, repeat purchase and win-back.
- Email and WhatsApp templates written in your voice, with SMS for time-sensitive moments.
- Consent and opt-out handling set up properly on every channel.
- A monthly retention report by segment, journey and channel.
(05)what we measure
how you will know.
- repeat purchase rate
- time to second order
- revenue from automated journeys
- churn rate by segment
start small
Most businesses should start with email marketing set up around a welcome and post-purchase journey, since that is where first-time buyers decide whether to come back. WhatsApp and wider segments can follow once the data is clean.

(07)questions
more repeat customers, answered.
It is a plan for bringing existing customers back to buy again, built around who they are and how they behave. In practice that means segments, automated journeys triggered by behaviour, and the channels your customers actually read.
Usually both, with different jobs. Email suits longer content, receipts and regular updates; WhatsApp suits timely, short messages and two-way conversations. We choose per journey and per segment, and respect each customer's consent on each channel.
A newsletter goes to everyone at a set time; lifecycle messages go to one customer at the moment their behaviour makes them relevant. Most businesses need both, but the automated journeys keep working without someone planning a campaign each week.
Setting up the data, segments and core journeys is a fixed fee agreed before we start. If we run and improve the journeys and campaigns after that, it is a flat monthly fee. We never bill hourly.
